If we discover that you are under 21, your Account will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposited funds returned after deducting any administrative costs.
You must be a resident of Indonesia or located in Indonesia at the time of using our Services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of dax99 complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Online gambling laws vary by region. While dax99 operates under international licenses, you acknowledge that online gambling may not be fully regulated or may be restricted in Indonesia. You use our Services at your own legal risk.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. You must not be under any legal disability, insolvency, bankruptcy, or similar proceeding that would prevent you from fulfilling your obligations under these Terms.
You are permitted to hold only one Account with dax99. If we detect multiple Accounts registered under the same name, address, payment method, IP address, or device, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, confiscate any winnings, and forfeit any bonuses.
dax99 is committed to preventing underage gambling. We may request identity documents (KTP or passport) at any time to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in Account suspension.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You must not use a false identity or provide misleading information. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any security questions. You must not share your login information with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
dax99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued ID (KTP, passport, driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, e-wallet screenshot). We may suspend withdrawals until verification is complete. Verification typically takes 24-48 hours but may take longer during high-volume periods.
You must not allow any other person to use your Account. You must not transfer, sell, or lend your Account to another person. Accounts are non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer an Account will result in immediate closure of all involved Accounts.
dax99 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay), and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). Minimum deposit amounts vary by method: Rp 50,000 for bank transfers, Rp 25,000 for e-wallets, and approximately Rp 100,000 for cryptocurrency. Maximum deposit limits are Rp 100,000,000 per transaction for banks and unlimited for cryptocurrency.
Bank and e-wallet deposits are typically credited instantly upon confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmations: 1-3 confirmations for Bitcoin (10-30 minutes), 12 confirmations for Ethereum (3-5 minutes), and 1 confirmation for USDT TRC20 (1-2 minutes). dax99 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider or blockchain network may impose fees.
You may withdraw funds from your Account at any time, subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Minimum withdrawal amounts are Rp 100,000 for bank transfers and e-wallets. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50,000,000, but you may make unlimited withdrawal requests per day. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours for most methods during business hours (08:00-20:00 WIB). VIP members receive priority processing.
For security purposes, withdrawals may be subject to additional verification, especially for first-time withdrawals, large amounts (over Rp 20,000,000), or if we detect suspicious activity. You may be required to provide identity documents, proof of deposit method, and/or video verification. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your name.
dax99 complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. You must wager at least 1x (one times) your deposit amount before withdrawing. Deposits and withdrawals must originate from the same payment source when possible. We reserve the right to refuse withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not verified as yours.
All bonuses offered by dax99, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and promotional offers, are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined at the time of the offer. Bonus terms include wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. You must read and understand the specific terms for each bonus before accepting it.
Bonuses typically carry wagering requirements ranging from 10x to 30x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 15x wagering requires Rp 15,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering contributions vary by game: slots contribute 100%, live casino contributes 10-20%, sportsbook contributes 100% on odds above 1.50. You must complete wagering within the specified time period (typically 30 days) or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
dax99 has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting strategies solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting both red and black in roulette), colluding with other players, and using software or bots to exploit bonuses. We reserve the right to confiscate bonuses, void winnings, and close Accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
You may cancel an active bonus at any time by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from the bonus will be removed from your Account. Only your original deposited funds (if any remain) will be retained.
All bets placed through dax99 are final and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed, except in cases of obvious technical errors. Winnings are credited to your Account immediately upon game or event settlement. For sportsbook bets, settlement occurs when the official result is confirmed by the governing sports body. For casino games, settlement is instant.
Sportsbook bets are subject to the rules and regulations of the relevant sport and governing body. If a match is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets may be voided or settled according to the specific market rules. Live in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time your bet is placed. Odds may change rapidly during live events. If an obvious error occurs in odds (palpable error), we reserve the right to void affected bets.
All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed for each game and represent long-term statistical averages over millions of rounds. Your individual session results may vary significantly from the stated RTP. Game rules, paytables, and bonus features are available within each game.
For togel (lottery) bets, results are based on official draw outcomes from Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, and other authorized lottery operators. Draw times and results are posted immediately after official confirmation. If an official draw is cancelled or delayed, affected bets may be voided or carried forward to the next draw at our discretion.

We are not liable for downtime, maintenance, technical failures, or service disruptions. In the event of a prolonged outage affecting live betting or in-progress games, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and settle affected bets fairly.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. dax99 makes no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements, be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use the Services at your own risk.
Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money when using dax99 Services. We are not responsible for any losses you incur. You should only gamble with money you can afford to lose. If you are experiencing financial hardship, we strongly encourage you to stop gambling and seek assistance through our Responsible Gaming resources.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dax99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made in the 90 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless dax99, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, your access to the Services will be immediately revoked. We will return any remaining balance in your Account (excluding forfeited bonuses and winnings) after deducting any amounts owed to us.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. If you wish to self-exclude due to problem gambling concerns, please refer to our Responsible Gaming Policy. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your Account, and we will not send you promotional communications.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or betting activity) for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. We may charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 100,000 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, after 12 months of inactivity. To avoid dormancy fees, log in and place at least one bet every 12 months.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dax99 is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your issue within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate your complaint to our management team. As a final step, you may refer unresolved disputes to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service as specified in your Account dashboard.
You agree that any dispute with dax99 will be resolved on an individual basis. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against dax99.
